10);">加大重点人员管控力度</span></strong>立足辖区实际，深入辖区对可能引发的矛盾纠纷和重点人员进行细致的排查，切实了解、掌握辖区内不安定因素，力争使各类矛盾纠纷和不安定因素化解在萌芽状态，截止目前化解各类矛盾纠纷30余起。并对辖区重点人员及肇祸肇事精神病人进行信息、轨迹掌控，对符合条件的重点人员采取“一对一”、“面对面”的管控措施，及时掌握动向，做到“底数清，情况明”，同心协力确保重点人员不引发案件、不出问题。</span></p><p><span
