color: rgb(255, 255, 255);'>为有效保护长江流域及鄱阳湖水域渔业资源和生态环境安全，根据《中华人民共和国刑法》、《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》、《中华人民共和国渔业法》和《江西省渔业条例》等法律法规规定，按照《江西省人民政府办公厅关于转发<省农业农村厅 省财政厅 省社会保障厅全省长江流域重点水域禁捕退捕工作实施方案＞的通知》(赣府厅字【2019】75号)文件要求，都昌县农业农村局、都昌县公安局决定对非法捕捞违法犯罪行为实行举报有奖。现通告如下</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-family: 仿宋; color: rgb(255, 255, 255);'>凡在鄱阳湖都昌县水域发现下列违法犯罪行为之一的，请广大市民群众积极提供线索，举报后经查证属实的，视不同情形给予举报人人民币500元至1000元奖励。提供线索破获重大刑事案件的，最高可给予人民币1万元奖励。举报人可自选银行转账、微信转账或现金等方式收取奖励款。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 仿宋;'>1、在禁渔区、禁渔期或者使用禁用的工具、方法捕捞水产品的，包括电鱼、炸鱼、毒鱼和使用拖网等方式进行捕鱼;</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 仿宋;'>2、非法捕捞(捉)、杀害、收购、运输、出售、经营利用国家重点保护的珍贵、濒危水生野生动物的，如长江江豚、中华鲟、胭脂鱼等;</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 255);
